Day 1: Kampala-Murchison Falls

Have breakfast, after drive through the famous Luwero triangle and stopover in Masindi town for lunch. Thereafter, drive to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest protected area in Uganda, with 3.840 Kms Prior to arrival in the park we shall pass by the top of the spectacular Murchison falls, where you can see the Nile’s perfected beauty, as the 43 meter wide Nile river compresses and squeezes itself from over 1 kilometer wide down through an 7 meter gap. The 43 meter drop of the falls creates a thunderous roar and a beautiful rainbow in a plume of spray. Dinner and overnight at Chobe lodge/Paraa lodge/Murchison River lodge/Sambiya River lodge/Fort Murchison lodge/Red Chili rest camp/Tembo camp. Meal plan: H/B

Day 2: Game drive & Boat ride

Have breakfast, go for a game drive and expect to spot Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Bushbucks, Lions and a variety of bird species. Return to lodge for lunch and after in the afternoon prepare for boat cruise on the river Nile up to the bottom of the falls where the 40 meter wide river Nile squeezes itself through a seven meter narrow gorge. Expect to spot aquatic wildlife like hippos, crocodiles and over the 17-kilometer stretch you may also see elephants, waterbucks and Uganda Kobs and bird species including goliath herons, Egyptian geese, pelican bee-eaters, kingfishers, horn bills, cormorants and the rare shoebill stork along the shores of the River. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: F/B

Day 3: Murchison-Kibale National Park

Have breakfast; take en-route drive from Murchison to Kibale forest via Southwest to experience the Albertine Escarpment of the Western Rift Valley. Lunch en-route, after drive to Fort portal with panoramic view of undulating and fabled of Mountain Rwenzori. Dinner and overnight at Ndali lodge/Kyaninga lodge/Mountain of the Moon Hotel/Rwenzori Traveler’s Inn/Fort Motel. Meal plan: F/B

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking & Bigodi walk

Have breakfast, head to the park headquarters, for briefing and after depart for the chimpanzee tracking forest walk. Expect to find families of chimpanzees and other primates such as red vervet, white and black Columbus monkeys, Blue monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys and grey cheeked Mangabey chattering and swinging through the ancient forest trees. Return to lodge for lunch and after in the afternoon visit the Bigodi wetland for foot safari to spot wildlife like Sitatungas, birds the rare shoe bill, for your evening spend it with the Kibale forest rural environmental development associations (KFRED). Return to lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: F/B

Day 5: Kibale-Queen Elizabeth Park

Have breakfast, after proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain Range most of the journey. As you arrive take en-route game drive to spot wildlife like the buffaloes, elephants, bush and water buck, warthogs, Uganda Kobs, Lunch. Afternoon go for the two hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip goes through possibly the highest concentration of hippos and many other animals may be seen drinking at the water’s edge. This launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 550 resident species. Dinner and overnight at Mweya lodge/Jacana lodge/Katara lodge/Bush lodge/Enganzi lodge. Meal plan: F/B

Day 6: Game drives

After breakfast go for an early morning game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in the park and expect to see lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mongoose, waterbucks, Kobs and, if lucky, the leopard, plus a lot of small animals and birds. Return to the lodge for lunch and after spend an evening in the Ishasha sector searching for the tree climbing lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs and variety of birds. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: F/B

Day7: Kyambura gorge chimp walk-Departure

Have breakfast, drive to Kyambura gorge for the unforgettable chimpanzee walk in the gorge. The gorge also provide other primates and birds like the white and black Columbus, vervet monkeys, warbler, Turaco, casket horn bills. Return to lodge for lunch and after embark our safari vehicle drive back to Kampala and you can have the second stop at the equator to shop curios to take home. End of services, Meal plan: H/B
